Purpose:
Observations, Reflections and Feedbacks be great tools that leaders commit on to evaluate and remanufacture himself. In the complicated world of leadership these tools have became a must. A leader cant evaluate himself unless he puts himself in followers shoes, or pack an military rating of himself by peers and followers.
One of these tools is the 360 evaluation survey. The survey facilitate leader see himself in the eyes of others, identify skills and mistakes or situations that cause mistakes to happen such as stress and confusion.
This 360 evaluation survey plays a roll in the evolution of leadership training and the emerging of a leader.
H starst feedback and constructive condemnation help a leader evaluate himself, pay perplexity to his mistakes and improve his leadership attributes.
This survey has 2 scales:
First one: reflects the importance of the attribute to the team and its development.
1 important, 2 moderate, 3 irrelevant, 4 undecided
Second: reflects the performance of the leader.
1 satisfied, 2 fairly satisfied, 3 not satisfied, 4 irrelevant
The feedback was provided by 1 supervisor, 3 peers and myself.
Categories to be rated are:
COMMUNICATION
TEAM DEVELOPMENT
HONESTY AND ETHICS
PERSONALITY
KNOWLEGABLE AND SKILLFULL
Each of these attributes has multiplex statements to help it crystallize.
An instruction statement was sent out to participants explaining the resolve of the survey is to improve leader development and team work.
Participants are to turn in their survey form by the difference of the week.
